Welcome to The Lawn Society.  It was launched in May 2007.

The mission of The Lawn Society is to provide a clear and concise educational portal for ongoing advice on the subject of lawns and their care. 

The concept has already gained support from well known Horticultralists who comment that 'there is a need and it is well overdue'.

The web site will provide detailed diagnosis of lawn problems and remedies along with useful links related to lawns and their care. Keep returning to this site at frequent intervals to view the latest developments as we evolve the site over the winter period of 2007/2008.

In the short term, until The Lawn Society is fully conceived in we invite you to sign up for Membership and give us your thoughts via this web site so that we can listen to your comments during the early development stages.
